Humans are causing global warming and polluting the oceans with plastic waste. This is disastrous for our planet and our children’s future. We strongly believe that businesses in particular have a responsibility to promote environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
At CNC we work hard to limit our impact on the environment. In our day-to-day business practices we strongly promote recycling and waste minimisation. We aim for energy efficiency in our operation and the automation solutions we provide through the use of low loss systems and energy re-generation. In addition to our own efforts, we support a number of environmental and community organisations in their conservation work including the Forest and Bird Society, Sea Shepherd and the World Wildlife Fund.
Our core values closely align with this view on sustainability and environmental protection. We care about our planet, as well as our people, customers and partners. We are loyal. We embrace a culture of responsibility, harmony and win-win. We believe in integrity - we deliver what we promise and we take responsibility for our actions.
As a company, we feel that we are part of the community that we live and work in. We support worthy community initiatives and regularly make donations to charities, amongst them the Salvation Army, the Cancer Society, Women's Refuge and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
